Они действительно накосячили, но денег еще не сняли.
В итоге я должна как-то вернуть денег тем, кто платил за доставку %) Там 850 рублей разницы.
(Евгеника, Кагами и Каиль за доставку не платили, слава Богу!)

Thank you for your mail.
We are very sorry for the difference with the weight.
Just in case you don't know, I will explain why there was such difference with our data compared to the actual product.

When we receive our product data from our supplier,
only half of the products have the weight in the data.

Therefore for the other half, we half to estimate the weight based on our
experience. However it is impossible to guess the weight of the product
because most of the times we have to add the information to our data
when it is not even manufactured. This is why when the item is released
and arrives to our warehouse, it can turn out to be pretty different from our estimation. We try our best to enter the most accurate weight but
it sometimes is unpredictable.

Either way I have changed the weight of Hyde's book from 950g to 570g
and reflected it to your orders.
Therefore all 3 of your orders have a new order total.
Please see the attached file for the details of calculation
and also sign into your customer account to confirm the new order total.

Fortunately we have not made the charges for these orders yet
so we can still reflect the new charges.

хмв перед отправкой взвешивают и стоимость пересчитывают

Aderianu, у них, видимо, все автоматизировано. Поэтому и разница в данных о весе на сопроводиловке послания и реальных данных таможни.
Но денег не сняли все еще!

Да, блокируют, но мне заказ уже пришел, поэтому деньги давно сняты, а разницу я обнаружила при получении.
